The hotel has a great location, right on the beach. The pool and breakfast were very nice. The property feels a bit worn overall, but it is very clean and offers everything needed for a good stay. The room is simple but comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the area is very quiet and family oriented. Dinner options are 8-12 walk away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The room was clean but the bathroom had some hair on the floor. The staff was good but not ver good. Some of them were very kind, others weren’t. The gym didn’t have water to drink. as other hotels. The pool was big, but not very clean. The last day I saw a dead cockroach floating in the pool. I immediately got out of it. Breakfast was very good but the person in charge of checking the room you belonged to wasn’t. I checked in with my kid and they charged me 600 reales for staying in my room. The price paid wasn’t worth.

I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that.

Recommend for relaxation

Had a nice and relaxing stay here. Large room, comfortable bed, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, good staff. Plenty of parking and close enough to restaurants and walkable to the beach. Internet worked great for doing a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay. Terrace off room is spacious and overlooks the pool.

Quarto amplo, confortável e limpo. Cozinha com alguns itens para uso, embora eu não tenha usado nenhum. Café da manhã variado e bem servido. Equipe de funcionários do hotel muito simpática e prestativa. Localização muito boa, podendo ir à pé a vários locais e restaurantes. A única coisa que foi decepcionante foi o lanche pedido na piscina. O misto quente estava terrível e a porção de mandioca frita não era nada mais do que aquelas massas de mandioca congeladas. Estar no nordeste e não comer uma mandioca como deve ser, é decepcionante. Teria sido muito melhor se eles tivessem fritado a mandioca cozida que tinha no Café da manhã.

O Hotel fica bem próximo de tudo, tem um excelente café da manhã, os funcionários são muitos simpáticos, a piscina nunca está lotada, a gente se sente muito a vontade nas intermediaçoes do hotel, a única ressalva é que não tem uma área comum pra que veja o mar dos andares superiores, ficam restritos somente aos hóspedes dispostos a pagar pelo quarto com vista, não muda muito a experiência mas ao ver influenciadores divulgando o hotel passa a falsa sensação de que todos os hóspedes serão beneficiados com as belas vistas do hotel, ah tem uma área kids com um monitor dedicado e com algumas atividades, minha filha de 9 anos amou a opção. Ótimo custo benefício esse hotel com certeza.
