The team guided me to incredible dining, including António Restaurant Macau, a Portuguese gem that became one of the culinary highlights of my trip. Those suggestions alone elevated my entire stay. And then there are the moments that make the hotel feel alive—the elegance of the Queen’s appearances at 5 PM and again at 8"

"Clean, spacious and quiet room. All staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Joy from coincerge who gave great recommendations on places to visit and dine at. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Wide range of shops nearby. Plenty of eating places. Close to buses and the MTR."

"The casino hotel is near the monorail station and Parisian, so its very convenient. We've got a Parisan view room with complimentary snacks and drink. But there is no usb port for charging, and missing pen and small notepad(which delivered quickly after a call). Bathtub design is focus on couples, kind of a bit slippery for young kids and elderly. The signs in the lobby and casino area are not clear. Got lost a few times to find the way back to the room. And not sufficent staff to help out."
