Hotels near West Coast of Isla Mujeres

"Wonderful hotel and staff. All the restaurants are great. My only complaint is they say all restaurants are first come first serve and there was a night- Christmas Dinner- we could not get into the restaurant we wanted to because we weren't on the "list'. Tell your guests they can get on the list as soon as the restaurant opens to ensure a table. Don't leave your guests guessing! "

"The staff was very friendly and welcomed us with champagne upon our arrival. The resort is nice and conveniently located within a short walking distance of the downtown area with all the shops, bars, and restaurants. We opted for the all-inclusive option and there were several restaurants as part of the resort to choose from. The food was wonderful especially the breakfast from Playa Norte. We had one complaint that we shared with the front desk which was a bunch of small bugs in the room. We were in building one and our view was of the cemetery and another hotel. In speaking with other guests, they shared that they had issues in building one and got moved to other buildings that were much nicer. I would recommend asking for 4 or 6 based on what we were told. "

"Staff was great! Great value. Not issue I had was with Expedia and the transportation. Use Uber do not pay for transportation through Expedia. They are refusing to give me a refund even though the company was not there to pick us up and would not answer the phone. The company is saying they will give me a refund, but Expedia is saying no. "
