"Mateo was amazing from the moment we got to the resort. The room was very clean and well appointed. The gym was much better than most at tropical resorts. The food was very good & all servers SO nice & accommodating. It would be great if the pool had some circulating water during the hot afternoon, and maybe more than 2 coffee pods in the room per day.
