We changed rooms twice due to noise and even then we only had a room change after convincing the concierge staff to speak to the front desk for us as they would not help us at all. "

And on top of that the cleaners start cleaning rooms by 7 a.m. horrible experience. Worst experience in all my Stays in Cancun and anywhere else."
