"Exceptional hotel, amazing location. Front desk staff were so helpful with finding parking next to hotel. Rooftop bar and pool is lovely, and well used. A real find in a city. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We will be back, highly recommend."

"Given the previous reviews, I was expecting the worst, but it was perfectly acceptable. "

"This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be devoting all your attention to the people in the line and then when you have no line you can take care of your own business. He made several errors with our room, but eventually straightened everything out. Overall, it’s a good hotel and the other people work in the reception desk were very nice and friendly."

"Highlight was definitely the wonderful staff, they were so friendly. Special mention to Laura and Lola in the restaurant, always smiling and happy to help. The food was great and a big selection catering for traditional uk and local/international options. The pool area was great too, lots of room but no changing room strangely? Positives far outweigh the few minor negatives. Yes it is noisy; you can hear every chair scraping on a distant balcony and the doors slam-is this down to the hotel or guests though? Positive list- comfy bed, great shower, wifi worked well, bar prices reasonable, close to everything (despite the hill!) Would definitely go back."

"This hotel is by far one of the best, from you get there to when you leave, all staff are absolutely lovely, Daniel, and the rest of the staff, from the reception, to the restaurants, to over all, you have been an amazing team, always smiling and so helpful, I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and I am definitely coming back, is hotel is more than a 5* hotel.
