GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!

Would have been a 5 if not for the 4th floor room and no functioning elevator!! I stayed here around the same time last year and there was no elevator! of course, they had just opened the place. Turns out this was sheer nocoincidence. It was working by morning. That the only reason this wasn't 5 across the board (for the price). Super friendly staff, and the rooms were immaculate.

The stay was good. It's ashame that it seems the property has been upgraded (rooms), but whomever did it appears to have been done by an unprofessional person. The room lacked cleaning as there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the tub in the room should have been replaced as it has chips all over.

Absolutely terrible we booked for 2 days and left after the first night breakfast only had cereal and some waffles station was dirty , hotel rooms smelled so bad we moved 2 times and the rooms were still disgusting overall environment wouldn’t recommend creepy guys staying there as well as a sketchy environment definitely Do Not recommend ! Ruined our first night experience not worth the price at all! Absolutely absurd how ridiculous this place was

Our room was nice, but the bathroom tub was disgusting with brown stains on the bottom. The tub proceeded to fill up because something was clogging the drain. Eventually it declogged itself, but the whole experience was gross. The bathroom curtains had yellow stains and the shower head itself was really dirty.

Even with calling ahead a week in advance, the rooms were not ready for occupants. There was no shower curtain, no toilet paper, the tv remote had no batteries, the coffee maker was missing a part, and the air conditioner apparently did not drain water as the room always felt damp and sticky on the floor. Someone in my room

The front entrance nice and front desk polite. Rooms were not totally cleaned. On tge sink counter were some females fake eyelashes. When we return from a night outing to a local venue some of my things were on the floor, like someone abd cane in the room and went through my things. Thankfully we didn't leave anything valuable in the room. I calked the front desk and tgey said that no one went into my room.

Disgusting, do NOT go here

Room was dirty and smelled disgusting. The toilet was clogged and after calling the front desk and informing them of the issue, we left for six hours. On our return, we found the door wide open and the toilet still clogged. The air conditioner was loud and distracting. Before going to sleep, our door had a peep hole, but after we woke up, the peep hole had been removed leaving only an open hole in the door. The area around the hotel is very unsafe and we heard multiple gunshots just trying to fall asleep. Our door was repeatedly knocked on in the middle of the night, but upon inspection, nobody was there. Staff are polite, yet unhelpful and the breakfast was pitiful. 0/10 would NOT recommend

It was not a good stay we checked out 2 hrs after being there and only go a refund for one day even though the details of the hotel were not as described..I want the rest of my money back. We found bugs on the pillows the place was dirty as well as the towels. The “clean” towels even had hair in them that we found when we opened them to dry our hands. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t waste your money! We left and got a different hotel. Baymont inn by Wyndham is great!

Our main door had a crack in it so you could see daylight. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to be able to use the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Sheet were probably washed but there were stains all over them. Bugs everywhere probably coming through the crack in the door, including cockroaches. Elevator sounded like it broke with us in it and after we got off the door wouldn’t close again. Overall, would not recommend these accommodations. They don’t seem to care or see the need for cleanliness.

Check in time is 3, got there at 4:15. No room available. Told to wait 15 minutes and they’d get a room. 25 minutes later the manager gives me a key card. Get to room, floor is wet, smells of sewer and room is disgusting. Floor looks like it had wet mud all over and was greasy. Told manager to refund and I’d stay elsewhere. Oh I killed 2 spiders and several what appeared to be ticks in the few minutes I was in the room.

Filthy hotel

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They purchased the property and converting it into a hotel which is not complete. Rooms are dirty, there spider webs, toilet and shower area is bad. We woke up and went for the breakfast but there is nothing to eat, no butter, no fruits, no juice, no yogurt. There are just 5 pieces of breads with jams in the plastic bottles, milk in the jar and 2 most basic cereals. It’s near the highway so night was very noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Hotel buildings are dirty all over the place except the front office. Parking doesn’t seem safe. There was no staff in the entire facility except the front desk. DON’T STAY HERE.

“House keeping” a man in his late fifties knocks to lets us know it’s tike to leave at 10:30 am. We open the door clearly getting our stuff ready. My husband walks out and this man is still by the door and sees me inside packing. My two underage daughters were changing in the room when that creep opened up the door with out nocking nor announced himself and i turn and yelled thinking it was my husband. Nope house keeping creep opens up the door and sees my children changing! clearly freezes and takes a peek or my daughters! I then go confront the man and clearly understands english because he was replying perfectly fine! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! We had booked last minute from our drive back to SA and had to stop and sleep! Never in our entire years of traveling has this ever happened! That man knew what he was doing! he knew there was people in the room and we still had time before he went in!
