The hotel is in a great location if you're walking to the beach. It was cool to see that there are grills available ven though we didn't use them. The shower looked like it had been renovated since it looked pretty nice. We had breakfast one day and it was ok. More options would have been nice. Great location, clean place.

All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach.

Clean, it’s a very clean hotel to stay in. It’s updated and can’t say enough of how clean it is the breakfast they provide is mainly just bagels and waffles and coffee. I’ve stayed here multiple times. The last room I stayed on recently the door was very hard to open as if it was stuck, and the air conditioner wasn’t working very well in room 204. I had to bring it down to 64° on the thermostat and it was still warm. I called multiple times, but nobody answered the phone.

Checkin was easy and the staff was polite. The room was clean and seemed well maintained. The only problems were: the ice machine was down, and when asked for clean hand towels they had none. It is in a good location for getting around Rockport, Tx.
