"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... "Apart from the food and the staff everything else needs a major makeover! The entire property requires renovation. Starting with their rooms, mattress, water geyser, swimming pool and the list goes on. We found chewing tobacco (snooze) in the bathroom (pic attached). At check in we were asked for 750/- per night in addition to the room charges for air conditioning. Although it was suppose to be a queen bed, they had attached two single beds together which were really uncomfortable. Water...
