"Mountain view"

"It’s a hidden gem - extremely well managed, eco friendly luxurious property. "

"Very nice property and helpful staff. Highly recommend"

"Good property, excellent staff"

"Fabulous luxury in the jungle! The staff were exceptional and the hotel provided a peaceful refuge from the hustle and bustle of city life. Many beautiful birds come onto the property and can be seen from the pool, at breakfast, or on one of the many walkable paths throughout the property. Highly recommended! "

"Good "

"its a good place to stay. need bit of improvement."

"Breakfast was okay. Room service can be better. "

"excellent hotel with helpful staff. The Manager is extremely helpful and we were a group of 10 well looked after. The food was also excellent. I would recommend this lovely resort in a great location. "

"Property is good but hotel activities shouldn’t be chargeable "

"Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued...

"Don't book this resort. Book at your own risk. I booked the resort made advance payment, travelled 300km then the owner denied me the room as they got another booking. He promised to give me my money back, it's been 3 months not received a single penny. He even stopped picking up the call. "

"The place itself was nice, the only issue we had was that our mattress was really bad and we asked for it to be replaced, it was replaced but somehow it didn’t make a difference. Other than that the hotel itself was not that bad."

"The hotel location is misleading as the gps coordinates are about 14 km away from the actual hotel address. The hotel needs to fix the technical issues as they did not have my reservation details during check-in and I had to call hotels.com to share the details with the property."

"Not very clean also staff were not very professional and pictures were deceiving as it was no where close to actual."

"This place is really run down and super dirty. I had to change rooms because my first was so unlivable. The second was better, but still really really dirty. You can tell at one point this was a nice property, but it has not been taken care of in years. Avoid. "

"We booked this hotel as a Canadian in India for my wedding. Arrived at the resort and it was stunning. Checked in no issues. Then we got called to the front desk at 12 am the manager was on the phone stating they need a form C. I said ok I’ll fill it out. They didn’t have it. When I looked online the rules state that you have to submit it within 24 hours of check in. No issues can fill it in online but he wouldn’t accept that. Kept shouting at me that we had to leave at 12 am with a 13 year...
