"The perfect location for exploring the area. Room was a little dated but very clean and had everything we needed, and this only added to the charm. The staff were friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed the breakfast and food in the restaurant. Excellent value for money and I would definitely stay again if visiting north wales. "
"Good location to meet up with daughter and grandkids, who were at nearby caravan site.
Two night stay in lovely weather with great views from the hotel. Friendly hosts but room a bit small for what we paid."
"Brilliant stay at the Belmont, everything we required at hand.
Maybe a bit more of a choice of drink at the bar ? Facilities were all excellent and breakfast was delicious.
Will definitely stay again , top notch

"Lovely B&B conveniently situated on the prom. Parking wasn’t great as you have to pay metered parking 10-4 and it’s £5.50. Lovely staff who made you feel very welcome "

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again."
"Tir-y-Coed sets the standard for a high quality B&B. A beautifully maintained property with comfortable rooms and excellent freshly cooked breakfasts.
Host Sandra goes out of her way to make your stay special, and the grounds are great if you like relaxing in the sun or spotting the many birds that come to the feeders.
Highly recommended."
