"The entire front desk staff was excellent, though they did forget to offer the complimentary drinks provided through Expedia. In the room, the pillows were extremely hard, making it impossible to sleep. The bar staff was very aggressive when asked which drinks were covered by the complimentary vouchers, and they provided service in a rude manner."

"The place is easy to find and plenty of eating and shopping places around. Lots of nice cafes, especially for breakfast. Further down the road, you can get to market place with lots of small shops selling fruits, vegetables, dried fruits and vegetables, clothing, household items and prepared foods--all kinds. We happen to be there on Friday and a couple blocks over, the closed the street and there were street eateries of all kinds, the aroma was so enticing. The rooms and hotel were abundantly clean and lots of nice Mexican art and knicknacks decorating the Casa. Coyoacan is charming place. Staff were nice and friendly when someone was at the front desk but they are not 24x7. One time there guests that arrived rather late and were a bit loud, the sound carried. There was full kitchen we could use if we wanted. Free coffee & tea, to be made by ourselves unless staff or guest made it before you got there."

"Clean rooms, mall nearby, near the bus terminal. The only thing that bothers me would be that rooms on different floors are priced differently and I don't have ways to know that in advance. The rooms on the 4th floor are excellent but more expensive. The ones on the 2nd floor, cheaper and not as good."
