The staff were great, the onsite self-service laundry room saved my life, had no issue with noise and the air con units for each room operated faultlessly. "We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge - washer and dryer was great too! All very clean. Staff were helpful and efficient, maybe just less friendly that the staff we had at smaller hotels in Vietnam. The pool was excellent and the kids enjoyed the games areas. Transport to and from the airport was great and well priced. Food and drinks within the hotel are expensive for Vietnam, but not unexpected. Hotel decor in general was dated but it good condition. Location was great and we walked for dinner & drink options."
