Notre chambre, située dans une habitation de 5 chambres (3 plus petites et 2 grandes comme la nôtre). Notre chambre au 1er étage était parfaite, spacieuse et équipée dernier cri. Il y a une fabuleuse piscine extérieure très bien entretenue comme le reste. Coin de pays très calme. Stationnement privé. Belle vue sur les collines voisines. À 10 min d’auto du centre touristique de Coimbra. Personnel parlant français très aimable et avenant. C’est eux qui préparent un petit déjeuner complet avec des produits de qualité. Pour qui a besoin de tranquillité, de détente, c’est l’endroit rêvé! Dommage que nous ne fussions là que pour une nuit."
"Quinta das Lágrimas has such an important and interesting place in Portuguese history, which we enjoyed learning about during our stay. The old house and surrounding gardens are beautiful and romantic, even in the winter. Our room was in the spa wing, and it was large and comfortable, but the “Queen” bed was actually two twins pushed together (which is common in Europe), the shower flooded easily, and the bathroom door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. As Canadians, we were also surprised to learn that we were not allowed to use the indoor pool without a swimming cap."
