For a first family staycation with a 8 months old, it was a really great experience. Accomodation was great, they have playground for kids, cribs available if needed. Staff is friendly and very caring.

Great place for a family visit or conference. My only complaint is thin walls, and much of the public, regardless of nationality, seems to have forgotten what it means to stay in a shared space while speaking in hushed tones. The people who work here are caring and kind, but hotel guests need some training.

Great outside pool area overlooking the river, staff very friendly. Just a short walk from the bus station and 10 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to the old town. Rooms were ok, clean & comfortable. Balcony did not have any furniture Buffet breakfast had a good range of hot and cold food. Some nice cafes opposite the hotel.

The pool area is great. The rooms are uncomfortable the ac is so old it does not work properly we wetlre sweating throughout the night. The parking is very tight and not thought out. The staff was very unhelpful

Hotel muy completo. En primer lugar el parking, grande e incluido en el precio de la habitación. Habitación adecuada y limpia. No me gusta en ningún lado las moquetas, pero entiendo que se mantengan todavía en ciertos lugares, como este hotel. Varios ascensores. Atención del personal muy correcta y amable. Buen desayuno. Cenamos a la carta una noche y muy bien. Otra noche en la cafetería y también muy bien. Gimnasio con varias máquinas, también incluido, además del spá. Piscina. Incluye la bebida del minibar también y todos los días reponían agua y pienzas de fruta en la habitación. Muy recomendable.

I ❤️ Coimbra

We were upgraded to a corner room with an oversized balcony looking out over the pool to the river. Spacious room, quiet, plenty of shelf and drawer space. The staff were amazing, Portuguese-friendly. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of hot and cold options including an omelet station. Location was very walkable to the Old Town, and also to the opposite side of the river and the Santa Clara monastery, plus walkways on both sides of the river.
