"Great location. Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel (that's important to me) and the water temperature was excellent."

"The price was right but the rooms are small (typical for NYC) and very, very old. The bathroom/shower are also not great. The hotel needs an update badly, especially the rugs, but then it would probably be less affordable. The location is great and very convenient!"

"Talk about the perfect location! Just a short walk to Times square. The staff was fantastic. The rooms have been recently remodeled and were very nice. The only downfall was the amenities lacked a little. There was no in room coffee or eve coffee available in the lobby in the morning. But fortunatly there is a great coffee shop right across the street called Gumptions. Connally's Irish Pub was a great spot for breakfast every morning and Cook's Eatery was perfect spot for late nigh snacks."

"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "
