The rooms were super clean, though show just a little age. Beds and pillows were quite good and comfortable. The atrium is beautiful and hosted 2 lovely parties during our stay. As for the free breakfast, well, it was not expansive or anything but was fresh with decent coffee. It was a fair price, good location, and we'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were warm and welcoming. They were doing renovations during our stay and the spa was being fixed but overall the place is gorgeous with all the indoor plants and creek. The rooms were clean and we had a cute view of the airport. The complimentary breakfast was pretty awful but I heard that the restaurant wasnt bad. We just decided to eat elsewhere during our stay.

Property was listed as available on Expedia, we booked a room months in advance. We couldn't contact anyone at the phone numbers available. Expedia tried contacting them. Then Expedia came back and said sorry, you're still getting charged. I'll find a better place to book from rather than Expedia. Thanks.

The rooms are fine. There’s an old cigarette or Tobacco use smell, maybe from nicotine lingering from back in the days. But all in all it was a very comfortable stay

The heater didn’t work in the first room. Eventually moved to another room. Then we discovered that the restaurant was closed.That was one of my primary reasons for choosing that particular place as neither of drive at night to be able to go out.. Also lighting very dim .

Worst Hotel Stay of my Life

HORRIBLE experience! Pre paid for our room and had the confirmation on my phone, but when we arrived at the hotel, they didn't have our reservation. It took an hour to check in before we finally got our room keys! Our room was hotter than hell when we walked in and shortly after, realized the AC wasn't working! They sent a service guy up to check it and he said he fixed it and it should be cooling off in a few. Over an hour later, we were still dripping sweat and just wanted to sleep! We called the front desk and told them it still wasn't working! She said she would call back in TWO MINUTES and put us in another room! We waited another 30-45 min before I went downstairs to get our new room info in person. Took another 20-30 min or so to do that! They gave us a breakfast voucher for two and apologized for the convenience and we were finally able to go to sleep! The next morning, I went to get breakfast for my husband and me. It was only continental (literally muffins, oatmeal, fruit and toast). They would not allow me to bring my husband a plate to the room! Not even one muffin! They said we had to eat it in the courtyard! I've never in my 40+ years of traveling, not been able to bring breakfast to my room- especially continental breakfast! Are you kidding me!? This place is a joke!
