"The breakfast was good. The front desk receptionist was very rude."

"Stayed for 4 nights while husband completed appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We didn't eat the breakfast, so not sure how that is. The rooms are good and the underground access to the Mayo Clinic is priceless."

"Staff sit a desk watching cell phone videos while customer stands there waiting. Pool and spa were closed, was not on website as being closed. Maintenance request not handled, had to switch rooms for the hotels convince. Which meant packing andnun packing again. "

"This was your second time staying here. Our first time we were in a pool side room and it was fine. Our second time thr tub wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk. The front desk employee was so rude about it. The hot tub wasn’t “hot” and they do not enforce the 15 people in the hot tub rule even though they have staff in there. There were a TON of kids in the hot tub. And the jets didn’t work. "
