The staff at the front desk were beyond friendly, very accommodating to room requests and use of the dining room for our family to gather as we were in town to attend my cousin's funeral. Our room was clean, the breakfast wonderful, and the hotel is in a great location!

Had to ask many times for towels changing and room cleaning. Besides that, everything was perfect. The staffs were wonderful, and the breakfast was good with lot of choices and variety.

Solid stay, budget friendly, easy ride to Mayo.

Stayed while relative was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital/Mayo. Very clean & comfy. Loved the walk in shower, firm & comfy bed & pillows. Microwave & fridge were bonuses. It was quiet. It was also pretty full, parking lot was full at night.

Absolutely love staying here! We've stayed here several times over the years, and now just recently have had to stay due to Mayo visits for my husband. I don't even consider other properties to stay at. Between the cleanliness of the property, inside and out - and the customer focused staff - and the delicious breakfast offerings, there really isn't anything to deter us away.

The staff here could not have been any nicer! The breakfast was ok and I would say better than most for an add on. The room did smell very strange and not sure what that was from but was not a pleasant smell.

This was my second time staying at Sleep Inn and again it did not disappoint! Any request I made, the front desk was accommodating and on top of it! Ann, Mike, Muhammad, and Isayath are simply the BEST!!! Rooms and property inside and out were always clean and quiet. And, I love the fact that there are restaurants and grocery stores surrounding the hotel.

Very nice, clean, and well maintained property, especially for the cost. They had very good breakfast options, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and a couple waffle makers. Very nice pool and workout area as well. Definitely my go-to spot in Rochester.
