This is definitely a case where you get what you pay for. The hotel is located in a sketchy area. I have safety concerns about late night activities in the parking lot. Noise was also an issue. The bed was clean and it was a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

We hated that the restaurant was closed for renovations. The pool states it closes at 9 pm. They made us get out at 8:45 pm. We had 15 minutes left. New carpet needed. Very poor lighting in the parking lot. The staff was not very friendly. The entire hotel smelled musty. The elevators were trashy and felt unsafe because they shook really bad. The hot tub and pool area was very clean. Easy parking. Level one arcade ( extremely fun ) and the cinema is a 3 to 5 minute walk.

I stayed at this property on 5/5 & 5/6. The Columbus area was packed with guest for the golf tournament and a major volley ball tournament. I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. I had the opportunity to talk to the GM MO (Mohamed). He genuinely cares about people, his guest and the success of this hotel. While the property is dated, it is super clean, the pool was well maintained, and my room was comfortable. I will stay here again, and for the money you cannot beat the value the staff provides.

Would not stay here again. Room smelled very musty. When checking in they told me room was haunted to be funny... I think. Elevator had issues. Bed was clean otherwise we would have left. Used the stairs in and out as we were afraid to get stuck in the elevator. Definitely rest of the room was not the cleanest. Someone kept calling our phone late at night. It was a good price but definitely not worth it. We barely were there and couldn't wait to checkout. We have always enjoyed staying at Wyndham's in the past but definitely won't be this one again.

We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return.

The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though.

This property is great because of affordability and a nice staff. It is quite old and a bit rundown, but perfectly acceptable place to stay. I slept really well! I will say that there was very little hot water available for the shower, which made me sad but is what it is.

We stayed for a concert at the stadium, location was convenient. However, our room had lots of previously damaged items and it wasn’t clean. The AC wasn’t cold, and the mini fridge didn’t work. We asked for a different room and they moved us no problem. Our main reason for booking was to spend some time at the pool, when we arrived it wasn’t in service, also no breakfast was served even though this was listed as an amenity on the site.
