The kitchen had 2 functional burners for cooking, plenty of cabinet space, clean fridge. The ac was odd. it always seemed cold or warm because I couldnt find a setting I liked. It was fine though. I froze the room, then turned down a lil, and waited til next adjust

I love this place. if you want to cook, you will need to have everything required except the stove. there is a family dollar just across dublin granville rd to get utensils though. good prices on disposable or permanent stuff. decent grocery selection. the sheetz is great too. good food (snacks or meals) beer, smokes, coffee, etc. there is actually a ton of stuff in walking distance--subway, a couple chinese restaurants, vape shop, convenient store, mexican food, waffle house, mcdonalds, a bar i think... it is located at the last highway (i71) exit before the beltway (i270) that circles the city. so you will be on the very north end of town, but able to jump quickly onto the interstate.

Was assigned to room 121. I went for a shower, the handle fell off in my hand. As i went to ask for another room, I saw the plastic bag in the sink, with an empty beer can in it. When I told the desk of my situation in 121, they assigned me to room 106. I went to room 106, and it still hadn't been made up. Housekeeping told me 10 minutes, no problem. They held to that. Room 106's door wouldn't close without slamming, because it's off it's hinges. I was given towels for the shower, but only given two wash cloths and the towel for the shower floor. No bath towels. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it, a nice fist sized hole in the door. Fortunately, the staff I dealt with were very cool and helpful. But I would expect much more from a Red Roof in property. Meh, at that price-point, what should I expect? The Bellagio?

The staff at the desk was sweet and helpful. We dtarted with room 127 which had snot and clogged sink, then room 125 bathroom door was broke then room 103 wasnt clean and room 118 bed was broken and at that point just went to bed n left next day no hotel staff available 24/7 only during specified time and if you plan to arrive after 7pm u wont even get the room

The room was ok. When I checked in the room given originally was dirty and someone smoked in it. I let front desk know, they gave me a new room. The new room was nice I looked on the toilet seat and saw someone had previously smoked in this room and damaged the toilet top. I didn’t find out till the next evening. I tried to inform front desk but the desk was closed. It was closed the next day as well. I would stay here again it wasn’t a horrible experience. Nice and clean for red roof inn.

Hometowne Studios

Well checking in initially I was informed that the elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor, which wasn't an issue really because it gave me the opportunity to tighten up my calves and glutes. Then the fist night I was made aware of the pest issue when I went to put my food in the microwave and I was greeted by a cockroach. Then I discovered the mattress had a huge hump in it like a camel's back. Then the kitchen sink was all jacked up; I had no issue turning the water on, but when it came to turning it off it was close to impossible. I did end up switching room and after that I only saw 1 roach. I would stay there again actually. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. You definitely get what you pay for and you can't beat that price.

Stay away from here! From the moment we checked in, everything was very dirty and not up to par by a long shot. When we discovered many cockroaches in each of our rooms, we immediately checked out with no help whatsoever from staff to resolve it. When Expedia called the front desk to try to help us, we watched the staff let the phone ring until voicemail as a roach ran across the desk. Still waiting for a refund days later after they won't respond to their calls and still hoping to get the security deposit back. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else!

The lady checking me in was friendly. They were still cleaning my room when I walked to my room. That wasn’t a big deal, but didn’t do a very good job cleaning. Cigarette burns all over the side of the bathtub when the room is suppose to be non smoking. Cabinet door hanging off. Inside cabinets were dirty, and looked like something was splattered all over the outside of the fridge door. I killed about 15 roaches! There was an alarm going off every half an hour. If I had money to leave and go to a different hotel I would have! I won’t ever stay here again!

The front desk closes at 7, so I had to call someone to be let in, which wouldn't have been an issue if the power hadn't gone out a couple hours after i checked in. I was left with no heat i 26° weather, and no way to contact the front desk as their phone was impacted. When I called the corporate number I was told they couldn't reach the front desk either, so nothing could be done. It took hours for the power to come back on, as my room got steadily colder.
