The rooms are big. Our had a bedroom and a living area. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom. Very spartan breakfast. However, the price was very reasonable, and I was happy with our stay.

Not the cleanest of hotels. Bed was ok but bathroom was not! Also, the hair dryer was "burning" up and had a high pitch noise. My husband went to front desk and asked for another one. He was told they did not have any extras to hand out. It was the type attached to the wall. I went back to desk and asked to be let into another room on my floor then to use the dryer. He said they didn't have any extra because people take them. After much looking around on the computer, he finally found me a room on the floor. I go into the room and the hair dryer there was NOT attached to the wall. If the know there are dryers in rooms that are not attached to the wall, where was the hospitality of FINDING me one?

It did the trick for our night in Columbus. However, our room wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived. Staff was quick to clean it when we left for our evening activities, though. Convenient location, easy parking. Overall, so/so.

I have stayed here in that past, last time was 3 years ago. They appear to bo going through a transition and renovation. New carpeting was getting installed during my stay. I had to change rooms because A/C was not working. New room had some damage in the bath tub. The breakfast was very underwhelming compared to the past. The fitness room needs repair. Having said that, the staff was very helpful. The price was appropriately low. The manager informed me that the renovation was in progress. I'd wait a few weeks (it's now the second week of Sept. 2026.) to let them finish up. The management seems intent on pleasing the customer through the change.

Good points: clean room, friendly staff, great location for what we needed, easy walk to gas station for late night snacks, our hallway was very quiet. Not so good points: took a while for staff to turn around and acknowledge me during check-in, both bathroom walls' outlets didn't work, bathroom sink and tub drains would take more than a minite or two to drain fully, toilet whistled with every flush, tv channels didn't correspond to channel descriptor didn't correspond to scrolling tv guide channel, mattresses were HORRIBLE.. could feel the bedsprings with your hands... mattress compressed to 1/3 its height when sitting on its edge. As for decor, which didn't affect our stay but didn't add to it, either: picture frames not mounted to walls, just sitting on shelf where I'm assuming they'll be hanged eventually to cover up previous holes in walls. No DO NOT Disturb sign hanger to place on outside of door.

Nice For the Price

Fitness center unavailable. Indoor pool nice at the price point. No shuttle to airport. Breakfast more than continental. Plenty of eateries around. Huge suite - two TVs.

Room was adequate, seemed clean, bed was comfortable. Property needs an overhaul; public areas were dirty, wall trim often damaged or missing, carpets in hallways appeared filthy and/or decades old. Furniture in lobby area was worn, like when you have a fabric couch that should've been replaced years ago. Sign in breakfast area threatened $50 fine for taking breakfast or beverages to room. Breakfast lacked any type of eggs, breakfast room dirty,unclean, cramped. Place wasn't awful but I'll never stay here again.

The room was in ok condition. Nothing fancy. The room needs brighter light bulbs. No sheers at the windows in our room, so we had to keep the blackouts drapes closed. We were on the first floor. the side exit door had no lock on it. Our room was by the exit door. They need garbage cans at the exit doors. The grounds were filled with litter. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was very friendly. We had to ask for towels each day.

We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and loved it, so I booked a return trip without checking current reviews. Big mistake. It took the young attendant 15 minutes to check me in, glancing furtively at his computer. Eventually he asked me to wait while he physically went to check if our room was ready. I'll give him credit for that. The room had a slowly turning ceiling fan that could not be turned off or changed because the knob on the wall was broken off. One of the design amenities is that the bed is separated from a lounge area by french doors. The one door sagged so that it would not close without lifting it while pulling. The door latch was stuck inside the door, you could not secure it if you wanted to. The french doors themselves had smeary finger prints all over them. The room had a coffee maker, but no cups. We couldn't find a hand towel, and the towels we had were different sizes. The toilet required plunging for waste to go down. (Multiple plunges!) The hall carpets throughout the facility looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time, and probably never professionally cleaned. Stairway windows were open, which might have been okay if one of the screens hadn't had a volley ball size hole in it. I can't critique the breakfast because we were too grossed out to try it. I can say that the coffee was not hot. Sorry to be so brutal, but whoever is managing the property needs a wake up call.

It was a good room for just a night. The bed and sheets did have stains on them I opted to use my own. The carpet was poorly took care of. The best thing about it was that the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on it was a shame the sheets had stains on them. If they would have took better care of the place it would be a great place to stay for more than a night of sleep. The site also said nothing about a deposit and when I got there it was 100 dollars however I did get it back after check out but that takes up to 7 days and check out was at 11am not 12pm as the site saids noon.
