"The room was comfortable, the hotel location was very convenient, however I think it's time for a refresh there were definitely areas in our room that could stand some attention and it's probably not the only one! Ms. Stephanie was the icing on the cake upon arrival and checking in I instantly felt like she was welcoming us into her own home, she a very genuine person she made it seem like we were visiting with family! She is the true definition of Southern Hospitality that I always look for and expect wherever we travel, it is most definitely because of her that my rating is so favorable, I wish that I had planned better time wise in order to let her know the next time we're in the area we would be looking forward to visiting "her house"! More people could stand taking notes from her on how each and every customer interaction should be!"
