"Overall the hotel was beautiful and certainly kept clean. Bedding and towels were great quality and it was well looked after. There was always space on a lounger and the beach towels were a great size. The thing that let it down slightly was there was no service for drinks at the pools, you had to get up and order. This was especially annoying at the beach bar as there wasn’t really anywhere to wait and it often felt like you were in the way. It was also disappointing that the beach bar didn’t serve food into the evening."

"Excellent hotel with delicious food, spotless facilities and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the outdoor pools were a little cold. I would say that almost all of the guests were German but that did not bother us Brits at all. Having said that, we are not likely to return to this hotel as we didn't like Playa De Palma at all."

I would point out just one minor issue: we arrived late on the first night and needed to sleep in the next day, so we didn't let the housekeeper into the room—and consequently, she didn't come automatically the following day."
