Food is excellent! Area is fantastic, quieter than other places in Mallorca. 5 minutes walk from Es Trenc beach which is a dream! The hotel areas are very well designed! Highly recommend! I would only make the A/C slightly powerful in the rooms but I understand the days we were there were particularly hot!

The property itself was lovely and the staff seemed kind. My only major drawback was the absolute rock hard bed which was nearly impossible to get comfortable on. Their breakfast buffet was spectacular, but other food access throughout the day was super limited. Overall, itโ€™s a lovely place, but I believe it was too expensive for the amenities and services rendered.

Itโ€™s a cute hotel, very Instagram. Itโ€™s actually some distance from Palma so taxis were hard to come by and the taxi to and from the airport is pricey. Itโ€™s small, the rooms are small and bottled water isnโ€™t replaced and cups and glasses arenโ€™t cleared from the room. No beach service for drinks or food. The restaurant is lovely but expensive. But itโ€™s a very cute location and the staff were very efficient.

Almost perfect

Overall was a great hotel and experience, just give 4 stars because its supposed to be adults only and it was frequent to see people (sometimes kids) coming from the outside and using the pool or even worse the hammocks and beds which then did not leave spaces for hotel guests. Other then that it was lovely, room and views were great.

Wow. What an amazing stay. We loved it. We went on our honeymoon and spent 3 days here. What a cute place, and the team there was so friendly. Great food and drinks, and amazing views. We didnโ€™t find out till the last day that breakfast was actually included. We loved the bike loaner program which also included e-bikes which my wife loved. If I knew they had road bikes I would have brought my gear and gone out on a long morning ride. I do highly recommend them the place. We were also able to do a great catamaran trip from the nearby point. My only suggestions- maybe have some evening entertainment. We heard entertainment at the next resort and felt compelled to join in the fun.

Room was clean. No mini bar in the room. View was great but the breakfast staff and staff in general really struggle to ever smile, they always seem unhappy being there unless they are speaking to a guest who speaks their language. Sometimes you say hola and smile and you get no response. The breakfasts is very poor compared to other near by hotels, no hot option at all! Eggs cold, omelette cold, hash browns cold, sausages cold (every day). And the coffee is of poor quality. Itโ€™s very difficult to get the waiters attention as they always huddle together and donโ€™t keep there attention on the guests, many times I had to get up and go and ask for another drink or to order my dinner. Poor training from management who were also very miserable. The only saving grace is the room decor and the incredibly lovely house keeping team who are always smiling, saying hello when they see you. and of course the view, but you can get that in any nice hotel here.

I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc โ€“ everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didnโ€™t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach โ€“ super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing โ€“ like home!), making us feel really well looked after. There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard โ€” such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it. The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving โ€” thatโ€™s how much we loved being there! Highly recommended if youโ€™re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The interior of the main block of the hotel (there are 3) is stylish and welcoming with high end furnishings, a cool boutique and lots of areas to sit and relax. Neni restaurant (outside and inside) is also well laid out and the quality of food and drink is high. Nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and by the sea so never an issue to find somewhere to relax. I didn't particularly like the rooms. We were in the green Cliff House in a seaside plus room. The first room we were given on the 4th floor was dark, pokey, not large as hoped (or as paid for!) and smelt REALLY bad. The lifts were also out of order in that block and I got the impression had been for quite some time. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. We were also only made aware of the lift fault upon check in. Had someone had mobility issues of any kind, this would have been a huge issue. We complained about the room and were told we could move when another room became available 2 days later. Our 2nd room was in the same block but on the 1st floor - Brighter and larger, but still very much an old hotel room with a lick of paint feel. Another gripe was with the lack of service. Not rude, just an attitude of not really caring by the staff - Glasses lay about on tables for hours, and also there didn't seem to be much care for guests. or no personal touch. At ยฃ300 per night for bed & breakfast, I didn't feel it was worth the price.

The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but youโ€™ll wait about 20-30 min. Highly Overrated โ€“ Far from Whatโ€™s Promised

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and the claim that it was a four-star property. Unfortunately, what we experienced was something completely different โ€“ and deeply disappointing. The first thing that stood out was how misleading the online presentation was. The photos are carefully staged and give the impression of luxury and comfort, but the reality is far from it. The surroundings, the room, and the overall atmosphere were all major letdowns. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel in this price range. The beds were rock hard โ€“ honestly, they felt like something that cost 10 dollars โ€“ and there was absolutely nothing in the room that reflected the nearly 300 euros per night we paid. When we realized how poor the standard was, we tried to cancel our stay immediately upon arrival. We spoke with the staff in person and gave them a chance to resolve the situation in a fair and respectful way. We even suggested that if they let us leave without charging extra, we wouldnโ€™t leave a negative review. But instead, they chose to charge us a 60-euro cancellation fee, even though there was still plenty of time to rebook the room. It gave us the impression that the hotel cared more about squeezing as much money out of us as possible than actually delivering good service or ensuring a positive guest experience. Das Frรผhstรผck ist nicht in der gewohnten Qualitรคt von den Bikini Hotels, wirkt als Standard. Die Betten sind unbequem. Die Zimmerausstattung erinnert an gute 70er Jahre Hotels. Die Poollandschaft hat genรผgend liegen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar.

Toller Check-in, klasse Zimmer, gutes Frรผhstรผck, Pool und Meer immer da - was will man mehr. Das angeschlossene NENI ist immer zu empfehlen, das Frรผhstรผck levantinisch geprรคgt und vielseitig. Die Betten sind recht hoch, aber angenehm.
