Lovely location in a quiet area and short walk to beach and town. Fab breakfast buffet, range of food in evening buffet is good however the food is not kept hot enough Generally around the resort the staff were good but we found reception staff to be curt and not giving you the greeting you would expect when checking in at this type of resort Hotel offered live music each night in the main bar Hotel car park is far too small for hotel and most parking is along a unpaved road past the hotel

Property is located near an amazing beach with close access to a great variety of restaurants & activities. Also features great in-house amenities- numerous pools, including an indoor one; activity court - for tennis, basketball, etc. ; spa; restaurants; musical entertainment; kids club, etc. The only negative are the rooms - low quality mattress, bedding, towels, bathroom set up (see thru doors!).

What a great stay! The room and amenities were terrific. From the second I arrived the staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful. Both the pool and lake front are fabulous. The cabin is clean, modern, and has everything you need. Even has a private deck. I can’t wait to be back!

We really really loved staying here and are SO sad to leave!!!! The staff are SO friendly and kind, they’ve made our stay even more enjoyable. Food has been great, prices are very reasonable. Literally the onlyyyyy downside was the lack of free drink options at dinner- you can get water/tea/juice/coffee for free at breakfast but no options at dinner (as a half board customer) Other than that, we loved it and will be back!!!

We loooovee staying here. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (the churros being my favorite). It was sooo close to Cala Marsal and it is perfect. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was lovely and spacious. We did have a plumbing issue, the water coming out of the shower kept changing from super cold to burning hot so that was unfortunate. There was some sewage smell coming out of the bathroom but maintenance came to fix it. Overall though, wonderful place!

The staff was truly good. The only issue was parking. We parked at nite and did not see the orange line painted on the blacktop and the usual no parking sign (a P with a slash) was not present...so there is a placard at the front desk re: the parking but we overlooked it and paid the ticket that a number of cars got...the menu and bkfst were really good with everything one could ask for

We had a lovely stay at Grupotel Club Cala Marsal. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Pilar in the restaurant for her kindness and excellent service, and to the reception team especially Rayssa for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Regarding the parking issues mentioned by other guests, I personally didn’t find this to be a problem. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces available around the property. It is simply on a first-come, first-served basis, which is understandable considering the hotel has around 350 rooms or more. It would be unrealistic to expect the hotel to guarantee a dedicated parking space for every guest We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process, making our arrival quick and easy. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Generally it was ok. Communal spaces nice but pool tiles are green, grubby and water looks murky. I did not go in as it didn’t look nice. Bathroom in room could be nice but poorly finished. Shower drain clogged so water spilled out into room every time. Most staff really pleasant apart from one rude guy in steak restaurant. If you’re looking for cheap and cheerful it’s fine but keep expectations fairly low.

Staff was very helpful, there was an issue with my room and they were quick to resolve which was very appreciated. The hotel itself looks recently renovated but simple things such as AC and toiletries should be upgraded. Very little airflow / cooling which made it difficult to rest. Bigger hotels like these shouldn’t overlook things that enhance overall guest experience.

When I checked in I was disappointed about the rooms cleanliness. The floors were sandy, shower had mould and the sheets a giant stain. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t swap rooms. Instead they offered a full clean. Which didn’t address any of the issues. Very disappointing. While the rooms have been renovated, they are already showing lots of wear. The facilities also are mixed. Pools are plentiful with always chairs free. Breakfast was fine. Elevators take forever, always super hot and one was broken the entire week. I wouldn’t stay here again as it was just fine but the cleaning needs much improvement

A charming and modern hotel ! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is modern, and my room was charming, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the spacious balcony was a nice bonus. The room had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were a real highlight, with two beautiful swimming pools and a very nice spa. The hotel is also located very close to a beautiful beach, easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was fairly standard, with a good variety and decent-quality food, although nothing exceptional. The private parking is quite small, so I often had to park on the main road. There was always space, but it was a little less convenient with all the traffic heading to the beach. The hotel is very quiet, sometimes perhaps a little too quiet, and I would have appreciated a bit more entertainment. There were, however, live singers in the evenings, and some of them were really great. The nearby village is also very quiet, with only a few restaurants and not many activities, so it is better suited to a relaxing holiday than a lively one. One small downside is that part of the hotel gets into the shade quite early, making it difficult to enjoy the sunshine until late afternoon. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Room was a decent size with balcony and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety. I was under the impression hotel would have loungers on the beach, but had to purchase. I give it a 3 for the lack of cleaning in the room and pool, and no parking. They only made the beds and changed towels for the 4 days. Floors were dirty with sand from day 1. We didn’t swim in the pool due to lots of bugs and debris. Had to park far on the street.

Good points: nice quiet pool, evening meals were good. I'm vegan and there was usually something I could eat. Rooms felt like they had been renovated recently, so quite modern. Beach very nice but if you want a sunbed and parasol it costs over 10 euros. Bad points: I was half board and to have water with your meal it cost 2 euros 60. You can't bring in your own. Breakfast for me wasn't great, not much choice for vegans. Some days I'd just have a plate of mushrooms or broccoli, cauliflower and courgette. The entertainment was just singers in the evening. I saw the animation guy once so I have no idea what they did during the day. Don't think I'd stay here again but it was ok.

The location is amazing, with such a gorgeous little Cala across the road. We loved that you can use the spa, included in your stay, and the buffet breakfast not only has a huge selection, of good quality products, but there is even Cava to toast with! The staff were all lovely and as we stayed in April, the price point was incredible value. I will only say a few things let it down - no shampoo in the bathroom (only one shower gel), the rain shower was so weak, and the towels maybe we brand new as they left white bits all over our skin and just slid over us rather than actually drying us if that makes sense. So the actually bathroom experience was really bad, and a few simples fixes could make this hotel a 10/10.
