"The breakfast was fresh. Plenty to choose from. The room was very clean upon arrival. If you are arriving in the early morning, this hotel will charge you an extra $180US for an early check-in. It is best to leave your luggage in their care and come back later to check in. The associates were very helpful with navigation as well."

"We went in a group of 18 people. Got a shock of life that hotel staff won’t accept cash payment in US$, only Colombian peso at the rate of 4000 peso where as official rate is around 3600 peso. They can accept card payment in US$ with 7% extra on top of amount booked. Worst ever treatment at check-in. Rest of the staff was good and helping in nature. We will never ever visit this hotel in future with this kind of treatment."
