The location is good and nice lobby interior. But the rooms have no desk area- NOT good for working person. The door to my room would not close without a HARD shove (felt unsafe) and a lot of noise in the night. The breakfast staff was completely unprepared for being busy- they were out of coffee for 20 minutes and nearly all food empty- staff was trying but was not acceptable for 8am. In general the staff was not friendly- I went out of my way to use spanish and be friendly and they were NOT interested in being helpful. No amenities like a gym, and the restaurant onsite has been closed except breakfast. Decent experience for the price but I would not return.

I had to move romes cause the suit was booked but while there I think it was cause they had a private party above the room and I probably would’ve stayed in that room for it is great and if they could have discounted it. The rest of the hotel rooms are quite small in comparison.

The hotel was perfectly appointed, and the location was perfect, walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops. The staff was truly kind and so helpful, arranging for transport to and from the airport and checking on my needs during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the room as well! Lovely boutique hotel. Conveniently located and very clean. Be advised there is construction work visible from rooms at the back off the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is quiet. The area around the hotel is safe, we walked to restaurants at night. We used Cabify for longer trips ie downtown. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.
