The room layout was perfect for a family of 4, with plenty of space and privacy. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant in house was great. Service was exceptional. Some of the appliances in the kitchen could use a modern update and the streaming services on the TVs would be preferred to Direct TV. But overall this was worth every penny and was a great location to enjoy many of Bogotá’s attractions.

The broom was spacious, clean and had great lighting. The bed was INCREDIBLE. Honestly I’ve never slept in a bed so comfortable, the blanket so warm and the pillows so huge. The breakfast was great. And the location was centrally located. I really appreciated that the front desk was keen on security.

I really like this hotel. I’ve been there three years in a row because the staff is always friendly and polite. They’re also bilingual which helps with the check-in process. I check in with the kitchen suites and I really enjoyed the amenities that they have available.
