"Conviently located closish to Times square/U.N. but just far enough away to have some breathing room and a less anxiety inducing experience. The staff held my bags both before and after my stay so I could enjoy all that the area has to offer like the Broadway Flea Market. 10/10 would stay again. Room was clean and comfortable. "I've been coming to the Plaza for nearly 30 years. I used to live in NYC. I've been staying at a hotel for many years. The staff is incredible! The rooms are lovely! My only complaint is that each year there are fewer and fewer vegetarian options. They took the Impossible Burger and the Tofu sandwich off the menu. It is nothing to have a few frozen Impossible or Beyond Burgers in the freezer. Outside of breakfast and afternoon tea, there isn't much else. Forget about it if you're dining in the bar area. We travelled with our folks this time, who didn't feel like going out to dinner. We ended up having to order through Uber Eats due to the limited options. I've stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. This hotel has the fewest options of all of them. But I still enjoy staying there. It's a great location. "
