"Great staff. The area is fantastic with restaurants, shops and an amusement park. Very average place to stay in a great area. It was clean and safe, which is all we needed"
"The smell was very bad, overpriced, there was no soap in the rooms. They had a kitchen which didn't really make sense. They should do a better job cleaning and making the place smell better. "
"Stayed 1 night. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately people were very loud outside the hotel until 2 am playing music.
Otherwise clean, convenient location hotel."

"I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for three nights, and honestly, the location can’t be beat. You’re right in the middle of everything — a couple of minutes from Times Square, an easy walk to Central Park, and close to the theaters if you’re catching a show.
Check-in was quick, though the lobby was always buzzing with people (big hotel energy). My room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and enough space for New York standards — not huge, but fine for sleeping and recharging after a long day out. I barely heard street noise at night, which was a nice surprise given how central the hotel is.
The gym was better than I expected — lots of equipment and well kept. Housekeeping kept things tidy and stocked without me having to ask. Wi-Fi worked well, which was important since I needed it in the evenings.
Downsides? It’s a really big hotel, so it feels more business-like than cozy, and the elevators can be slow when everyone’s coming or going. Food and drinks are pricey, but that’s New York.
Overall, I’d say the Sheraton is a great choice if you want a reliable, comfortable place to stay right in the middle of Manhattan. Perfect if you’re here to see the city and don’t plan on spending all day in your room.
Would I stay again? Yes — mainly for the location."
"The location can't be beat. Walk to Central Park, Lincoln Center, and multiple bus and subway routes. The staff are friendly and helpful. The art deco vibes are fantastic; extra credit for inventive wallpaper choices! I had read several negative reviews after I booked my stay and was worried it would be disappointing, but instead it exceeded my expectations."
