"Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. "

"Place was poorly maintained. Linens & towels looked rundown and dirty. AC was the only positive part about staying there. The bathroom had a sewer smell to it and found some flies. Place is functional but could use some upkeep. It floods when you shower. Drainage is a problem. One has to squat to shower so water will stay in one area and not flood the entire bathroom. "

"Excellent service and staff was very friendly. Even though the pool was out of service, they made sure that my stay was pleasant especially for my kids. The breakfast staff was great. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that our group received top service every morning, making our breakfast experience welcoming and fun."

"I was very impressed with the lush tropical vegetation, the beautiful salt water lagoon that anchors the property. Love the attentive staff. There were a couple things not working properly in my room one of which was the AC unit but they took care to fix it right away. "
