"Hotels like this one damages the hospitality industry in the USA. I should be renovated completely. Phones were not working and most of the buttons on the key pad were missing, roaches under the sink in the bathroom, night stands did not have handles or were missing screws, tv remote could only turn on tv and only provided on channel to watch, . I couldnt take a shower after my wife showered because only hot water was coming. So I came back home after one whole day at the hotel. No breakfast, or do you call breakfast a cup cake, a disgusting orange juice and apple juice of poor quality, and apples. Before I tried to take a shower, I found out the phone line was dead, so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to ask what time was breakfast up until. Front desk staff just mentioned phones in the entire hotel in the rooms were not working. What if we had an emergency? He said to use our own cell phone. I also noticed the side of the bathtub was barely held by a screw showing a big open gap in between the bathtub and the bottom of the bathroom door."

"Room was clean. Some lights didn't work. Hot tub was broken and according to others has been for years. The arcade , change machine was out of order so the kids were disappointed. Be prepared for a wait at check in . Staff is friendly when you finally reach the counter in all honesty felt they were understaffed and the staff that was there was doing their best to make up for that."

"There was nothing unique about the property. The outside was decent and the water fountain was beautiful. The rooms, pool area and hot tub needs major upgrades. The pictures online do not match what we booked. Very dissatisfied with out stay at this property. The Motel staff were nice and accommodating, but that is the only redeeming quality. The first room we got had a bed bug on the pillowcase! The second room was okay, however it is very out dated and the A/C makes so much noise and barely worked. Thre are cracks and holes in the walls in the room and bathrooms. The pool area is nice, however the hot tube was gross looking and greenish/cloudy. The pool itself was cloudy. We were very itchy after the hot tub. I booked this property because it looked very nice, but we were deceived. Was very glad to get out of there! Will never stay again."

"Got there at 2:30 check was 3. No worries just wanted to be early. Waited till 4:30. Room became available at right around that time. They blamed it on house keeping not showing up. There was mounds of trash all over the hotel. Room was not mopped but rushed to cleaned. Floors felt icky and floors was very weak feeling all along the front of the room. We stayed in room 320. There was some guy staying on floor 2 talking about meth and trying to take pics of me and my 5 year ild little girl. Not kid friendly and not clean."
