"Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately needed a shock treatment and the hot tub water was NOT acceptable whatsoever. I'd have been fine without a hot tub at all, but if you're going to have one in your facility and brag about it, it needs to be maintained, cleaned, and treated properly. Overall, nothing except "first-world"/"luxe" problems to report. Otherwise, it IS a safe place to sleep."

"we did not use any ammenities as we were there 2 nights. But it was spacious for an excellent price, as it was the off season. My only beef was that the sales presentation went on and on and my assigned sales people, who were very nice, did not keep their presentation (and accompanying sales pressure) to the agreed upon time. I basically felt captured/kidnapped! They did finally give me the gifts."
