"Clean room"

"The room was not very clean. The bathroom had dirt on and around the toilet. The carpet did not look vacuumed. The overall property seemed run-down and unsafe."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location! The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Loved the shower being in its own little room separate from the toilet. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking, and check in/out was easy. Pool area is really cute, breakfast downstairs was also great. I wish we had stayed longer it was a lovely spot!"

"The decor is classy and beautiful! The bedding was super comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Road noise was not super noticeable. All staff members we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Free parking right around the corner from hotel entrance. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The DeSoto! The area was extremely walkable. Great bars and restaurants close by. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We received true Southern hospitality!"
