"Room was nice for the price "

"We booked an ocean view room with balcony, and checked in to a standard room with the view being a house on 2nd street. Easy check in & out with a clean & quiet stay."

"Neat & clean, but if you have an after hours emergency (like locked out), you might be on your own. I realized I forgot my thermal coffee mug 5 mins after check out (was still in the parking of the property), but the codes had been disabled and the after hours (7:20AM) helpline was useless - they recommended I wait till 9AM when the office open. Wait where? I had checked out & it was 35 degrees outside."
