"The front desk lady Marty who checked us in was amazing! She was very kind and informative. The room was clean and had no problems at all. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Savannah!"

"Excellent location for my needs, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, the door staff not so much. They should be greeting you much more. The breakfast cafe food is very reasonably priced and pretty good food. I stayed on the 5th floor it smelt a little, asked to be moved and they had no hesitation and moved me to the 8th floor. This floor did not smell but has also seen better days. I am not sure if other floors have been renovated but these two floors are in need of. The price is also pretty good at this hotel, it just desperately needs a refresh!"

"The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. The parking was good. The room had exposed wires, several electric outlets didn’t work. The shower floor pan needed replaced or repaired, the toilet leaked on the floor. The shower head only had 3 working outlet streams so not much on the water output. The unit had tile flooring that you could skate on with your shoes on, very grimy. A definite fall hazard. The bed was nice, the ac worked well, the pool area was nice. Not sure if the lift chair at the pool was in working condition but it did have some major damage to the seat."
