"It was cute but no staff on premises and the only communication was an auto text. Microwave downstairs in common area, not in the room. The bed was higher than my waist and difficult to get into. The door code was very long and parking was near impossible so we had to lug our things 2 blocks in the rain."

"The bathroom had mildew in several places. There was no coffee in my room. The tables in the lobby were sticky and gross. We were not informed about breakfast availability and times. Parking should be included in the price of a room. "

"The front desk clerk was unpleasant. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was average. We asked for a room on the mall side but were told they were fully booked. We found out later that was a lie because another couple was moved to a different room due to barking dogs. The highway was right outside our window so there was constant traffic noise all night. BTW I booked this room by accident. I tried to switch to a different Hampton Inn but it was a non-refundable room."
