"The manager of the hotel was very friendly and polite but some staff were very rude breakfast was Repetitious and boring coffee was not including you have to pay internet was awful all day the time was disconnected so I was not happy about it"
"Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing.
The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid.

Comfotable bed and room. The restaurant while food is good, the staff lied about food and brought something else and kept defending that the significantly altered food has to be fine for us. There were three things replaced as not available but noone told us or asked us when they found out in the kitchen. Only negative scar on otherwise wonderful stay. Also, we recommend to put some intructions how to use the shower taps in the rooms and how to change from tap to shower head. It is not obvious at all."
