"Check in was brisk and not welcoming at all! Feels like you are just a dollar sign!! Rooms bright and clean! Had a flood on the floor from shower everyday, ran into bedroom! Four nights stay and we are limited to two bottles of water…ONLY!! The breakfast experience was very low end cruise ship vibe! Noisy and crowded. Elevators soooo crowded and generally rude people on them! Won’t be back!"

"The room was very clean. A bit smaller than I expected from the online photos. Our shower enclosure was leaking so we had to put down towels every time we showered. Otherwise it was a pretty decent stay. "

"Breakfast was literally not edible. They had leather disks they called sausage that were not edible. They had hashbrowns that were freezer burned and not edible. Never served bacon or other options. It was horrible. "

"I really only needed the room for the overnight portion, so it was nice to arrive fairly late and the room was just as needed - clean, quiet, and ready to go. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had all I needed. Location couldn’t be better- 30 seconds from Times Square. No breakfast in hotel but a handy bakery downstairs with coffee and all sorts of nice treats. My second stay here and I would select again in a heartbeat. "
