The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. "These are two amazing services for guests from the hotel. The hotel gives us a bottle of water for our members, and this hotel is the first surprise that they put it in a small and pretty bag! And while I was panicking because I didn't bring a makeup remover, I checked in and came in and found a remover in the bathroom! What an amazing service! Thank you Hampton in!!"

"I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay."
