"We LOVED our stay. The whole week we were so well cared for by the staff… the service was incredible from top to bottom. We loved the host Mateo, our servers Hugo, Jose Abed, and the lovely ladies in the massage tent as well. The room was lovely, clean and the grounds impeccably kept as well. 100 out of 10 stay and we can’t wait to go back. "

"Food was average. Rooms were missing essential items like an ice bucket. Used items weren’t replaced each day ie: coffee supplies and hand towels. Adults only area was lacking in shade/umbrellas. Staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart beat. "

The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. The food and drinks were 10/10, and our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed to relax. Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had.
