"This hotel needs to be closed and renovated. The staff that I encountered was rude and deceptive. A refund for 8 of 11 days that was supposed to be given has not been returned. I would not recommend at this time"

"Stayed for one night. Location was easy to find, parking was safe. Room was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was simple yet filling. I’d stay again in the future. "

"The room was definitely clean, jetted pool room clean and didn't smell. Staff was great I came to check in on crutches and the stay helped me with every step from the front desk to helping open doors it was amazing and very appreciative. "

"We had a poor experience here. We were traveling with our young kids and specifically searched for a property with a hot tub and pool. There is no hot tub at this property, contrary to its online description. The pool is closed and based on prior views, has been closed on and off for months. The rooms were not clean. There was garbage on the bathroom floor (candy wrapper, hair tie). TV did not work. Towels were threadbare and yellow. Overall a very poorly maintained property that does not have the amenities described in online listings. "

"Hotel is kind of rundown need some work done to it. Checking in was OK checking out. We had to wait for quite a while for a guy to get off the phone and we kind of told them that customer service would be better than talking on the phone, but he didn’t seem to like our response. I mean the pool was OK. It was warm. Breakfast was OK the hallways do you have a funny odor to them and the room with like a cleaning solution of some kind I think air freshener thing. I’m not sure what that was."

"Staff were amazing. However so many things are falling apart at this place and it is so dirty! Our room had peeling wallpaper and a broken air conditioning unit. Hallways are noticeably dirty with rodent trap. All exercise machines in the gym were broken. Breakfast was adequate"

"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. At one time the building I’m sure was really nice but u can tell it has aged and needs some TLC. However, it was clean, which is huge on my list. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast…nothing great, but it was punctual and freshly made. I have nothing negative to say but certainly wouldn’t rate it excellent. "
