"The room was definitely clean, jetted pool room clean and didn't smell. Staff was great I came to check in on crutches and the stay helped me with every step from the front desk to helping open doors it was amazing and very appreciative. "

"Hotel is kind of rundown need some work done to it. Checking in was OK checking out. We had to wait for quite a while for a guy to get off the phone and we kind of told them that customer service would be better than talking on the phone, but he didn’t seem to like our response. I mean the pool was OK. It was warm. Breakfast was OK the hallways do you have a funny odor to them and the room with like a cleaning solution of some kind I think air freshener thing. I’m not sure what that was."

"The staff was the highlight of this location, specifically Michelle who was the person over the breakfast during the week. Great hospitality and went above and beyond for us when needed. The pool water was very murky and the pool itself was just not in the best of shape. The rooms were very dated and the listing didn’t mention the bed size because if I had known they were going to be twin beds, I would have upgraded to larger. "

"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. At one time the building I’m sure was really nice but u can tell it has aged and needs some TLC. However, it was clean, which is huge on my list. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast…nothing great, but it was punctual and freshly made. I have nothing negative to say but certainly wouldn’t rate it excellent. "

"The worst room I have ever stayed in. Very poorly maintained. I have several pictures if anyone wants to see them. I was not about to eat breakfast. Who knows what I could not see looked like. No more Baymont for me. Thank you "

"That was one of the best hotels I have stayed at the people were so nice and everything about it was nice. The staff was awesome. Rooms were very well cleaned. I will stay there again and again."
