"Special mention to the duty manager who spent a good 30 minutes holding on the phone with Hotels.com to sort out a payment issue with my booking, that they created. "

"Central to the town with parking to the rear of the hotel but poor signage/directions to the car park, especially in the dark!"

"Rooms are very durty and dusty ,the head board needs replacing all black bits falling off onto pillows , bed room skirting in need of repair ,furniture old and tatty. The bathroom has a shower over the bath tiles moldy and durty sink no plug. Bath side coming away from bath very durty ,under radiator very dusty. The corridor is very dark and carpets very durty door frames damaged. Do not stay at this hotel if you want agreenking keep going and looking. "

"The room was clean but cold - I think the heating should have been on prior to arrival. It was disappointing that the hotel did not offer a deal or free parking with the surrounding car park. "
