Great place for a stay, but poor WiFi

The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful roof restaurant with an amazing view. Very decent overall, however from a business standpoint disappointing due to very poor and unreliable WiFi. Hence 3 stars only.

The staff at Capitol Hill is exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Everyone meets you with a smile. A few complaints about the property though. First there were cockroaches in the bathroom, I think from the sewer. Secondly during my stay there was pool renovation occurring which made it so loud all day you couldn’t stay in the room. Finally the air conditioning in the room leaked water so there was a constant mildew odor and mold on the walls which should be addressed asap. Even with the challenges I’d stay again because the staff is so great.

Nice clean modern hotel. We stayed here as we wanted something close to Clark Airport. The only thing that caught me off guard was they asked for 2000 pesos at checkin to hold for incidentals. Luckily we had some cash left on us still as they did not take credit card to hold. This should be an option for people as we were near the end of our vacation and may or may not have much cash remaining. We also ate at their rooftop restaurant. Good sized portion foods with live band. Good service.

The property seemed to be a newer build, so the room was clean with a modern design. The bed was medium (in between firm and soft), but was sqeeky. The rooftop pool had on okay view, but the pool closes early. The food had a great selection as they offered a breakfast buffet or an a la carte menu. The service was excellent as well. The only downside was the local traffic, as there's only one main road to get in and out of the area. There are plenty of bars within walking distance, but the area may not be the best choice for families or couples. Obviously there's a night life for singles (as seen in some documentaries).

Staff and hotel were great. I planned a pool party two months ago and the staff knew it. Nothing was said that the pool was under major repairs for several months. Maybe update the Damm website to reflect that false advertising. Very disappointing
