Housekeeping lurked outside my room for 1 hour before check out which I found to be weird and as if I was being rushed out before the designated check out time. "At first, the hotel room was not what we expected, as the description and photos didn’t quite match up. However, the staff immediately stepped in to help and showed us other available rooms both at the hotel and at the neighboring property under the same ownership. We ended up finding the perfect fit at the Aqua Hotel! Maggie and Natalia went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Maggie is a true gem, and her warm, family-style hospitality is exactly what I appreciate most about places like this. Another huge plus is the variety of amenities. There are several pools to choose from, including both saltwater and freshwater pools, along with relaxing hot tubs throughout the property. The location is also fantastic — nestled just two blocks from the beach and surrounded by so many great places to shop, eat, and grab a drink. And whatever you do, do not skip Archibald’s Bakery! Because of the way we were treated, we will absolutely be back."
