El check in pobre, una persona q hablaba inglés muuuuy rápido y nos contó todo oralmente sin darnos ningún material o instructivo de las amenities por lo q nunca supimos qué estaba incluido y qué no. Y el trato del front desk fue tan frio q ni ganas de acercarnos. Los valet parking casi todos muy amables salvo el del miércoles 18/3 a la tarde/noche q ni siquiera se acercó a ayudarnos con las valijas. "
