The room was pristine - even better than the pictures online. They offer breakfast on-site each morning for a fee (15€). "Wonderful room with a spectacular view. The staff were friendly & excellent. The location is convenient for major attractions around Como and nearby Switzerland. Narrow roads leading to & from the property make it unwalkable and this restricts activities on site. Guests will need to take taxis or rent a car since there is no bar or restaurant on site. "

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"

"Property is in a nice location of Locco, with perfect views of the lake, our room literally had a stunning view from our bed. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby"

"Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. "

"Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet."

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
