Joyce was amazing, unfortunately we just got informed from the cruise company that the departure will be delayed due to the proximity of the huracan, she right away expedite a late check out to help us and greetings from the bar was given to calm the upcoming events due to the hurricane, HYATT PLACE WENT FAR AND BEYOND, thank you very much in advanced"
