"We have loved our stay at the Palacete Severo. We don’t want to leave! Everything was so well done, from terrific staff to wonderful meals and the stunning setting, both indoors and on the grounds. This is a truly special place that is not easily equaled. Thanks to everyone who made our visit so memorable!"

"The studio was just as pictured and furnished
Lovely. It was also very clean and lots of shopping to walk too. On weekends the are craft fairs with local items to buy across the street. Lots of places to party but our room was very quiet. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk.
I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.

"Amazing pillows & bedding. So comfortable. Great staff, fab breakfast.
Fantastic roof terrace with reasonably priced drinks.
Nespresso coffee in the room.
The only odd thing was that the hairdryer cord is short & doesn’t stretch close to the mirror. There’s no extension lead or plug point close enough, so you have to dry & style your hair without a mirror. "

"This hotel is lovely, spacious, quiet, the staff are very helpful and kind and the breakfast is delicious! The breakfast room is bright, large and has floor to ceiling windows with river view. The front desk staff are outstanding!"
